Sylvie Wouters

With a degree in logistics and transport management, Sylvie has acquired expertise in the freight forwarding business with internationally renowned companies.

Drawing on this experience, Sylvie acquired specific skills in a number of areas, including road freight and the management of all the operational and administrative stages of your shipments.

The creation of Flow International in 2013 as co-founder is the culmination of 30 years’ experience.

Transparency, advice and the ability to find the best solution to satisfy our customers are among the values that drive us on a daily basis in the deployment of your projects.

Founder

Florian Wouters

The grandson of a docker and the son of a haulier, Florian has strong family ties to the maritime industry, dating back to the ports of Dunkirk. Driven by his passion for transport from an early age, Florian spent 4 years studying the freight and transport commission professions.

Always torn between sea and road in the positions he held, it was the entrepreneurial and family adventure of Flow International that enabled him to connect with his passion for the business.

This specialist in sea and air freight is developing Flow International alongside Sylvie. In addition to his own values, Florian is committed to a win-win relationship with his customers, where satisfaction and trust are his leitmotivs.

Life at

Flow International

1993-2013

The company is built on the 20 years' experience of its founders acquired in international freight companies, where Sylvie and Florian have perfected their 360° expertise in the three modes of transport - road, sea and air - and have worked in a wide range of fields, including industrial projects, containerised and conventional freight, outsize freight, not forgetting customs and logistics operations. These broad skills make them freight generalists, technicians first and foremost, capable of dealing with all types of logistical problems, whatever the environment.

2013

Flow International was set up in Bulgaria, a geostrategic position in Europe for managing flows with the Balkans, the Caucasus, and the Middle East. Although the company already handles overseas operations, its main focus is on road freight.

2021

Flow International opens a representative office in France and begins its commercial approach with a view to its Overseas, maritime and air development.

The French subsidiary, 60% owned by the parent company in Bulgaria, is definitively created, Flow International Consulting France is launched, and is dedicated to Overseas freight.

2022

Opening of the operational office in Ruse, where Dian Denchev, a road transport specialist, joins us for the first time.

Joining the 3F Freight Forwarders Family network. While retaining its independence, the company has taken on an international dimension, as a certified 3F member, Flow International is very active within the network.

2024

IATA Cargo Agent, after a year's work, Flow International Consulting finally obtained its IATA approval, and then set up its logistics at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport to handle import and export air freight.
